About the job: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef Commis 2 to lead and manage the kitchen operations at the outlet. Key responsibilities:- 1. Prepare and present high-quality food items. 2. Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. 3. Manage inventory and coordinate daily kitchen requirements. 4. Maintain consistency in taste and presentation. 5. Take full ownership of the kitchen in the absence of a senior chef. Note: Multiple openings of multiple profiles (Barista, Front desk, All rounder) at different locations in Maharashtra: Sangali, Sanjay Ghodawat Univ, and Ichalkaranji. Note: 1. Working hours: 9.5-11 hours. 2. 26 days working.
