Job Description

Coordinate across departments to ensure the smooth execution of large-scale ashram programs such as HINAR, GEN-A, Lap of the Master, and Guru Poornima.
Contribute to material requirement sheet (MRS) revisions for new programs like Sadhguru Academy GEN-A Bootcamp and Lap of the Master.
Collaborate with various teams to refine needs, update requirements, and ensure accurate procurement of materials and services.
Coordinate with program teams to issue requested materials and ensured timely completion of wind-up activities.
Facilitate smooth volunteer operations by orienting sevadhars, clarifying responsibilities, and managing last-minute reallocations without affecting the participant experience.
Coordinate with Akshaya for cutting and food-shifting activities for all scheduled programs in the ashram.
