Job Description Exp: 1-8 Yrs Good experience in chatbot testing with expertise in conversational AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.ai, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.). Experience in testing multilingual chatbots , ensuring linguistic accuracy and contextual consistency. Strong understanding of NLP, AI-based intent recognition, and machine learning models . Hands-on experience in test automation for chatbot workflows using tools like Selenium, Botium, or custom automation frameworks. Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) for chatbot integrations. Experience with performance testing of chatbots to evaluate response times and scalability. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with experience managing a team of testers . Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated chatbot testing. Familiarity with analytics tools to assess chatbot engagement and accuracy metrics . Exposure to voicebot testing (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant) is a plus.
