As a Customer Success Associate in the French Language Process at an International BPO handling the Siemens process in Sector 18, Gurugram, your role will involve the following: You will be responsible for providing customer support in French, ensuring fluency in both verbal and written communication. Your primary goal will be to address customer queries effectively through voice and chat support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Handle customer queries proficiently through voice and chat support channels - Provide technical assistance and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering efficient resolutions - Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference - Bachelor's degree in a technical background - Minimum 1 year of experience in a North American Voice/Chat process - Fluency in French and English for effective communication - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills - Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance preferred - Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment with strong multitasking abilities The company also provides benefits like life insurance and provident fund.
