Your role will be crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving technical queries efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide top-notch technical support to clients through chat and email channels, addressing all their technical concerns effectively. - Utilize the computer system to find compatible parts based on customer requirements. - Ensure seamless processing and timely delivery of orders to customers. - Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies clearly to customers. - Respond to customer inquiries by gathering relevant information, verifying understanding, and providing accurate responses. - Resolve urgent customer issues promptly and efficiently. - Manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Identify and solve problems, address customer concerns creatively, and determine root causes of reported issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field. - Team-player mentality with a collaborative approach and openness to feedback. - Self-starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and seek solutions independently. - Flexible and adaptable to shifting responsibilities in a dynamic environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficient in customer handling etiquettes. - Strong analytical skills and quick problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work in a flexible environment with rotational shifts. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to work from the office in Sector-32, Gurugram, Haryana, for six days a week (Monday to Friday) and one day from home. The job entails Canada shift timings with additional benefits such as food provision, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes evening, night, rotational, and US shifts, with a performance bonus as an added incentive.
