Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team in an International BPO . The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in chat support. However, fresher graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Handle real-time customer queries via live chat professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues and concerns. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Follow predefined scripts and processes while handling chat interactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Desired profile of the candidate 1) Excellent English communication skills 2) Graduate freshers can apply 3) 6 months experience into chat/blended/voice/email process in any BPO. 4) Typing speed is 30 WPM 5) Immediate Joining is requireda.
