WE ARE HIRING FOR GRACE STAFFING SERVICES Job Title : Customer Service Executive (Chat Process) Shift : US Rotational Shifts (9 hours) Working Days : 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs) Mode : Work-from-office Job Description : We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a chat-based support role. You'll assist international customers, primarily from the US, through live chat. The role requires flexibility for night shifts and working in rotational shifts . Key Responsibilities : Provide efficient, friendly chat support to customers. Resolve customer issues and inquiries. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions. Meet team KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction). Eligibility : HSC or Graduate (HSC candidates need 6 months - 1 year experience in international customer service). Strong written communication skills in English. Must be open to working in night shifts and rotational shifts . Pick-up and drop-off transportation provided.
