Roles & Responsibilities Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Should be capable of handling customer queries through live chat in real time Ability to manage 2 to 3 chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy Eligibility criteria Must have at least 6 months of experience in International chat support Typing speed should be more than 35 WMP with good accuracy Should be able to join Immediately Pursuing candidates or severing notice period candidates are not eligible Should be flexible in working as per business requirement ( Night shifts/ Graveyard shifts) Perks & Benefits Transportation provided with in 25kms without hiring radius PF ESI Performance based Incentives Work Location - LIB, Kokapet.
