Graduate / Undergraduate – both eligible

Good English communication & excellent verbal fluency

Mandatory: 6+ months *International Process Experience* + *Tech Support (Troubleshooting)*

*Salary:* ₹25K – ₹31K CTC

*Working Days*: 5 Days | Rotational Shifts + Rotational Offs

*Perks*: Both side cabs

*Hiring Zone:* Within 20 KM from office

Respond to customer queries via chat regarding smart home & security products.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance.

Ensure timely resolution and escalate complex issues when required.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Provide excellent customer experience while meeting KPIs and quality metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
