As a Qualified Chartered Accountant at Venkatesh & Raghavendra Chartered Accountants (VRCAS), your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Independently handle Statutory Audit, demonstrating proficiency in Indian GAAP / Ind AS - Establish audit objectives, design and implement audit methodologies, processes, and audit report criteria - Manage internal audit engagements, including for large corporations, with minimal supervision - Oversee Project Management and Audit Quality Management - Conduct reviews of the audit team's work and provide updates to Partners - Stay up-to-date with amendments in applicable laws, including Internal Financial Control over Financial Reporting - Prepare Financial Reporting for major corporate clients - Compile Consolidated Financial Statements You should possess the following skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written - Preference for candidates with work experience in reputable CA Firms - Ability to work effectively under deadlines - Lead teams in each audit assignment and provide guidance to team members - Collaborate closely with the Partner to cultivate client relationships - Ideal candidates will have an inclination towards long-term practice in the field.,
