Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assists in preparing monthly Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Cashflow Statements.
Enables Monthly MIS with detailed analyses in a time bound manner. Ensures timely closure of Month end Activities and Monthly Book closure.
Assists with Reporting and Accounting of Inventory and Fixed Assets. Understanding the USA Federal and State Tax and liaising with the Tax consultant.
Key Team member to Handle the Budgeting Activity for the Entity.
Handle Quarterly & Year End Statutory Audits.
Uses Accounting software to record transactions & Ensures compliance with applicable GAAP.
Leading Process Automation for the areas responsible.
Assists Financial controller from time to time. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and highly organized Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent critical thinking skills

Timings:
2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
2:00 PM to 7:00 PM Work from Office
7:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Work from Home
