The company is recognized for its expertise in delivering complex, large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects worldwide. The Data Center division focuses on designing, constructing, and managing high-performance, energy-efficient data centers for enterprise and hyperscale clients.
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to manage the financial operations of the Data Center business unit. The role involves financial planning, project accounting, budgeting, compliance, and providing commercial support for ongoing and upcoming data center projects.
Prepare financial forecasts, annual budgets, and conduct variance analysis for the Data Center segment.
Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze project profitability, cost control metrics, and cash flow trends.
Ensure accurate project cost tracking, revenue recognition (as per Ind-AS), and margin analysis.
Review contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements from a financial and commercial perspective.
Support tendering and estimation teams with pricing, costing, and financial modelling for new projects.
Manage month-end closing, general ledger review, and preparation of financial statements.
Ensure adherence to Ind-AS, statutory requirements, internal controls, and tax regulations.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely audit completion.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings relevant to the business.
Support tax planning activities and respond to notices, queries, and assessments.
Monitor billing, receivables, collections, and cash flow planning.
Oversee vendor payments, contract terms, and milestone-based billing processes.
Liaise with banks for BGs, LCs, OD limits, and project financing documentation.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in EPC, MEP, Infrastructure, Construction, or Data Center industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, Companies Act, GST, and Direct Tax laws.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
