Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant at our company, you will be an integral part of the global finance team based in India, collaborating closely with our clients in Cayman Islands. Your main responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, managing general ledger activities, assisting with budgeting and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring junior staff members. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following IFRS and local regulations - Support consolidation activities for client reporting - Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions - Collaborate with the Cayman team for timely closing of books and financial report submission - Assist in budget preparation, forecasts, and variance analyses - Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures - Participate in improving accounting processes and systems - Train, supervise, and mentor junior accounting staff Qualification Required: - CA / CPA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) - Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience - Strong knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with Cayman Islands financial regulations - Experience in leading or training junior staff in finance or accounting teams - Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across time zones - High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Additional Company Details: (Not included in the provided JD) Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant at our company, you will be an integral part of the global finance team based in India, collaborating closely with our clients in Cayman Islands.
