Location : Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary Range: INR 6.6 to 7.2 LPA Industry : Steel & Manufacturing Experience : 0-3 years (Freshers with strong article ship experience may apply) Employment Type : Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance and accounts team at Hira RR Ispat Ltd., a leading player in the steel manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of financial and cost accounting, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable standards. Managing day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Budget preparation and variance analysis. Costing, product cost analysis, and inventory valuation. Compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable tax laws. Coordination with internal and statutory auditors. Monitoring cash flows and preparing MIS reports. Assisting in the implementation of internal controls and ERP systems. Support in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Prior experience in manufacturing or steel industry preferred. Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and other compliance matters. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial management Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally preferred) Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Analytical thinking and attention to detail Benefits: Competitive salary (55,000 60,000 per month).
