Job Description

Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other financial reports. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns (GST, Income Tax, etc.). Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and statutory requirements. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies. Assist in financial audits and provide necessary information to external auditors. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvements. Maintain and update accounting records and ensure accurate data entry. Participate in financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Assist in the preparation of cash flow statements, tax filings, and other financial reports. Support in preparing financial reports for management review. Key Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification completed (0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience). Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Preferred Skills: Experience with internal and external audit processes. Exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS) is a plus. *Experience in Indian Accounting Standards is must*
