Role Description

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and regulatory filings.
Oversee internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization effectively.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to top management for decision-making.
Implement cost-control measures and monitor profitability across operations.
Supervise and mentor the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the
manufacturing or textile/home furnishing industry
.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (direct & indirect), and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
