Most Important Requirement: Candidate must have 5–8 years of experience in heavy building structure work, specifically in distillery plant civil construction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage petty contractors to ensure high-speed, smooth execution of all civil works. Supervise day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and strict adherence to drawings and technical specifications. Review and interpret civil/structural designs, layouts, and drawings for plant buildings, silos, bottling plant, tanks, ETP, and utility/ancillary areas.
