Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sourcing Manager based in Chennai. The Channel Sourcing Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with channel partners, identifying potential sourcing opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a steady supply of quality resources. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with different teams to meet procurement goals. Qualifications \n Experience in sourcing and procurement, with strong negotiation and contract management skillsProficiency in market research and analyzing market trendsExcellent relationship-building and management skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in the real estate industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
