Job Description

Job Description 1. Responsible for the sales of a luxury project in Delhi. 2. To Create strong channel network across Delhi NCR & Tier 2 markets. 3. To activate the existing channel partners who has potential client base for arranging their site visits. 4. To increase visits at the Sales Gallery. 5. Devising the sales strategy, channel sales planning & execution, new market development. 6. Generating sales through the existing HNI customers, events, new launches and channel partners. 7. Help the Strategy team in devising the sales strategy and implement in line with the Company's business plans. 8. Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue, improve customer satisfaction. 9. Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly targets. 10. Handling in-depth Competition analysis in the Luxury segment on a regular basis and work out appropriate strategies to tackle competition. 11. Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing events and other sales promotional activities. 12. Coordinate with marketing and strategy team to conduct events at site for the target segment and policy evolution for smooth functioning of the site achieving timely targets.
