About the job Trisol Red Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Sales and Marketing (Female) to lead our sales operations in the Delhi NCR region, with a focus on Noida and Greater Noida markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a proven track record in channel sales & Commercial sales. Job Description: - Deep understanding of the Noida and Greater Noida real estate landscape, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners. - Utilize Sales & Marketing tools for proper execution of business strategies and achievement of targeted goals. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. - Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring effective execution of business strategies to achieve targeted goals. Skills Required : Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on the Noida and Greater Noida markets. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams. Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Noida and Greater Noida real estate landscape, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Result-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
