About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales & OTA Executive to join Opulence Holiday Homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving bookings, managing OTA listings, and ensuring smooth coordination across all sales channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Generate direct bookings and leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and repeat guest engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with high closing efficiency.
  • Support the team in meeting monthly revenue targets.

OTA (Online Travel Agency) Management

  • Manage and optimize listings on MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Vrbo, Expedia, etc.
  • Ensure all property details, pricing, photos, descriptions, amenities, and policies are updated.
  • Monitor reviews, respond professionally, and help improve scores.
  • Track competitor pricing and trends to maximize visibility and sales.

Channel Manager Operations

  • Work on channel manager tools like Staah, eZee, RateGain, or similar platforms.
  • Ensure correct rates, inventory, and availability across all platforms.
  • Report and fix mapping issues, rate parity, or overbooking problems promptly.

Revenue Management Support

  • Assist in dynamic pricing decisions based on demand, season, events, and occupancy.
  • Analyze OTA analytics and booking patterns to support revenue strategies.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with operations teams for check-ins, guest needs, and property readiness.
  • Maintain daily reports: bookings, occupancy, revenue, inquiries, conversions, cancellations.
  • Share insights on guest feedback, OTA trends, and improvement opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, OTA management, or channel management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of OTAs (MMT, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and channel managers.
  • Comfortable with CRM, Excel/Sheets, and booking portals.
  • Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,493.65 - ₹350,000.00 per year
