Job Description

As a dynamic and driven mid-level sales professional, your role will involve managing and growing the dealer/distributor network for the Construction Chemicals Division at our company. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing channel partnerships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in assigned territories - Driving product sales (tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, putty) through influencer engagement - Planning and implementing marketing and promotion activities to increase brand presence - Coordinating with supply chain, product, and finance teams for smooth operations - Tracking competitor activities and providing actionable market intelligence - Reviewing team and distributor performance regularly and suggesting corrective steps - Participating in retail counter activations, demos, and product training sessions Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate / Diploma (Civil or Chemical preferred) - MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5-12 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the Construction Chemicals industry - Strong market development and dealer relationship skills - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team coordination abilities - Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle channel escalations Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt.
