Channel Manager - Retail Forex

Role Overview: As a Channel Manager - Retail Forex in the Retail Liabilities department, your main responsibility will be to manage and develop the Retail Forex Business through various distribution channels. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive revenue from Retail Remittances (outward & inward cross border remittances) through the Bank's distribution channels such as Branch Banking, Wealth/NRI/Branch Banking Relationship Managers. - Ensure the achievement of defined targets across branches. - Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with bank staff in assigned branches. - Develop strategies and execute sales engagement programs (such as local campaigns, contests, events) to enhance channel productivity. - Track detailed business performance and provide dashboards for monitoring and driving business growth. - Collaborate with Product teams and Analytics team to equip channels with technology and analytics. - Identify market opportunities for partnerships in remittances, launch partner programs, and establish significant partnerships. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM.
