As we expand our presence, we are looking for an experienced Channel Development Manager to lead the establishment of Gerimart franchise stores across Kerala.Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners for Gerimart offline stores.Develop and implement franchise expansion strategies across key locations in Kerala.Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for new store openings.Support franchise partners in store setup, operations, and branding to ensure consistency with Gerimart’s standards.Maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, providing training and operational guidance.Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, supply chain, and marketing support for franchise stores.Monitor and evaluate store performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback, making necessary improvements.Stay updated on franchise regulations, retail trends, and competitor activities in the healthcare and wellness sector.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in franchise development, retail expansion, or channel sales, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or retail.Strong networking and negotiation skills to onboard franchise partners.Experience in business development, store operations, and retail sales management.Ability to travel extensively within Kerala for partner meetings and site visits.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building successful offline retail networks.Why Join Gerimart?Opportunity to be a key part of Kerala’s first elderly-focused retail chain.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Work in a dynamic and growing industry with strong market demand.📩 Apply Now!
