We have a strong presence in the US, UK, Canada, China, Chile, and Mexico and have multiple offices across India, including Hyderabad, Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Pune, and Bangalore Job Title: Change Manager Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon Experience: 8 - 14 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Skills: ITIL, ITSM, Change Management Role and Responsibilities - Create and implement change management strategies to achieve organizational goals. Develop comprehensive plans to manage change effectively. Lead and coordinate change management activities across the organization. Ensure changes are implemented smoothly with minimal disruption to operations. Communicate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for changes. Address concerns and provide updates on the progress of change initiatives. Provide coaching and mentoring to staff throughout the change process. Develop training programs to help employees adapt to new processes and systems. Monitor and assess the impact of changes on employees and operations. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Document change management processes and maintain records of change activities. Generate reports on the effectiveness of change initiatives and areas for improvement. Continuously seek ways to improve change management processes. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous change initiatives Required Skills - 8+ Years of experience, having thorough knowledge on ITIL/ITSM process. Should have good exposure to end to end change management flow Coordinate change activities across multiple teams for in-scope applications Deployment of changes with a back-out plan Post-release verification & customer feedback
