Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chair Supervisor with expertise in office chair manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and manage a team to achieve efficiency and productivity in chair assembly. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the production of office chairs, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Monitor daily operations, workflow, and worker performance in the assembly line. Train and guide workers on chair-making techniques, material handling, and assembly processes. Ensure proper usage of tools, machinery, and raw materials to optimize productivity. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements. Address production issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and components needed for chair manufacturing. Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with the design and quality assurance teams for product improvements and modifications. Prepare production reports and submit updates to management as required. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in office chair manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of chair components, materials, and assembly techniques. Ability to read technical drawings, production blueprints, and work instructions. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of quality control measures and workplace safety regulations. Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management. Preferred candidate profile Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma in furniture manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
