The Relationship Officer plays a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships within the investment and wealth management domain. This position requires a blend of financial acumen, client servicing excellence, and strategic advisory capabilities to deliver tailored investment solutions and foster long-term trust.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through regular engagement and personalized service. Investment Advisory Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences. Recommend suitable investment products including mutual funds, PMS, bonds, equities, insurance, and alternative assets. Collaborate with portfolio managers and research teams to deliver informed advice. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting Track client portfolios and provide timely updates on performance, market trends, and rebalancing needs. Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies. Business Development Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across wealth products. Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach. Operational & Compliance Support Facilitate onboarding, KYC documentation, and transaction processing. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to audit and compliance .
