Job Description

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform complex clinical procedures, such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy. Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as needed. Ensure patient and family members are informed about their care, treatment options, and progress. Educate patients and families about disease prevention and management, including lifestyle modifications and medication management. Adhere to all relevant standards, regulations, and policies, including infection control protocols and patient confidentiality. Participate in ongoing professional development and training, maintaining current knowledge and skills.
