Such a waste of money and time. Purchased water pump 3 and half month ago but now it's not working. Customer care number not responding. Register online complaint two weeks ago...no action taken..again re register complaint same thing happen. So pathetic and wasteful staff. Hope having solve it soon.

Hopeless organisation the Toll no does not work Mumbai office no is always busy Gurgaon No does not exist that the situation of a MNC do not know where to file complaints brought ceiling fans they dance on the roof so poor quality Please be careful before you buy .

worst experience with crompton.i recently bought fan from the frst day it has a technical problem...after 3 complaints it is as same as before...services is not good at all...expecting some more from your firm but really very bad exp.
