Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and capable CFO/ VP Finance & Accounts to head our Accounts and Finance operations at the NBR Group based at Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the Managing Director and the Senior Management Team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. Responsibilities : Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team Support the financial planning and analysis efforts Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits Prepare financial statements and reports Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions Manage relationships with banks Qualifications, Experience & Required Skill Sets : Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance 15 plus years of experience in the Accounts and Finance Domain in India Strong domain knowledge in Indian Accounting environment for Accounts Receivable, and working knowledge of Accounts Payable, preferably from Real Estate, /Construction/ Facility Management Company Good hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint Working under an ERP environment. Willing to stretch and adopt as per process needs during month / quarterly and Annual Closings. Understanding of GST, applicability of TDS and other relevant law applicable in Real Estate Industry Ability to work on own initiative Clear thinking / problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new ideas Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change Excellent Communication Skills Willing to build a long-term relationship with the customers, External as well as Internal Ability to influence & motivate the team. Detail orientation. Ability to plan and organize. Interpersonal effectiveness. Ability to analyze data and related information. Ability to prioritize and execute on time.
