Experience:
• 5+ years of experience working with US Automotive or Aerospace Industry Preferred.
• Expertise in CFD software and data processing tools.
• Experience in Ansys ICEPAK, FLUENT, ICEM, CFX, Spaceclaim or any other equivalent
software is desirable.
• Should have experience with electronics thermal analysis and providing cooling solutions.
• Capable to solve both steady state and transient thermal models of a Gerotor and other pumps partially
immersed in the fluid.
• Capable to perform thermal analysis on shifter components like LED backlit components, to ensure
temperatures are not undesirable.
• Capable to perform Fluent solves to help understand pressures, flow rates, and leak paths (closed and
open systems).
• Should have a sound knowledge of Fluid Dynamics.
• Should have experience of cleaning up geometry in Spaceclaim.
• Experience with Ansys workbench structural analysis skillset is considered as added
advantage.
• . Experience with assemblies, specifically those with nonlinear plastics and hyperelastic materials is
desirable.
• Experience with Ansys Maxwell Electromagnetic Simulation is added advantage.
• Drawing conclusions from analyses performed and writing formal reports, preparing, and
presenting analyses performed and Performing failure analyses and problem resolutions.
