CFD Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled CFD Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of real-time corrosion visibility systems for critical industrial assets. The role involves simulating complex multiphase fluid flows, heat transfer, and reactive transport phenomena inside pipelines, storage tanks, and distillation columns to understand localized corrosion behavior. The candidate will be responsible for setting up physics-informed models using CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or COMSOL, and collaborating closely with our AI team to integrate simulation results into predictive corrosion models.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, and numerical methods, with prior experience in industrial CFD simulations. Knowledge of material degradation mechanisms, such as erosion-corrosion or dew-point corrosion, will be a plus. This position is part of a cutting-edge deep-tech initiative under Corrosion Intel, and the engineer will be expected to work in a multidisciplinary setting alongside data scientists, process engineers, and metallurgists. The work will directly contribute to solving major challenges in reliability, safety, and environmental compliance for the oil & gas, power, and chemical sectors.
