Certification Manager_Accreditation & Compliance

Location:

• Manage accreditation, compliance, and certification systems in alignment with

  ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 27006, ISO/IEC 42006

  , and related standards.
• Oversee the complete certification lifecycle, including application review, audit coordination, certification decisions, and certificate issuance.
• Review, maintain, and control documentation such as manuals, procedures, SOPs, and compliance records.
• Act as the primary point of contact with accreditation bodies for surveillance audits, re-accreditation, scope extensions, and closure of nonconformities.
• Lead internal preparedness for accreditation assessments and support resolution of findings.
• Ensure auditor competence, impartiality, and adherence to certification procedures.
• Support accreditation scope expansion and continuous improvement of certification processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of ISO accreditation frameworks and Certification Body operations.
• Experience in managing accreditation audits and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to interpret accreditation criteria and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong sense of integrity, objectivity, and professional judgment.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate in management, engineering, quality, or related fields (B.Tech preferred).
• Qualified Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor in

  ISO 21001, ISO 9001, ISO 27001

  , or similar standards (preferred).

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience

  in accreditation, certification, or compliance roles within a Certification Body or related organization.
