Role & responsibilities

Centre Operations Management -

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the coworking centre.
• Ensure the workspace, meeting rooms, and common areas are maintained at premium standards.
• Manage housekeeping, security, facility teams, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
• Handle escalations related to Internet, housekeeping, repairs, complaints, etc.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for all members and corporate clients.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and fast resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand needs and retention opportunities.

Facility & Vendor Management

Manage third-party vendors (internet, housekeeping, security, maintenance).

• Ensure SLAs are met and negotiate for cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and asset management.

Team Leadership, Reporting and Documentation

Supervise front desk executives, housekeeping, facility staff, and support teams.

• Conduct training, performance reviews, and ensure grooming and service standards.
• Maintain occupancy reports, daily operation logs, expense sheets, incident reports.

• Good understanding of coworking/managed office operations
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to manage multi-vendor environments
• Leadership & team handling experience
• Basic financial understanding (invoices, P&L, collection)
• Tech-friendly (CRM tools, visitor management, task software)
