We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our preschool center as the Center Head. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preschools operations, including curriculum development, staff management, parent communication, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of the children in our care. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Leadership:** Provide visionary leadership to the preschool team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 2. **Curriculum Development:** Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the growth and development of young children. 3. **Staff Management:** Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. **Parent Communication:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their childs progress and the preschools activities. 5. **Administrative Duties:** Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. 6. **Safety and Well-being:** Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children enrolled in the preschool. 7. **Community Engagement:** Act as a liaison between the preschool and the broader community, building partnerships and promoting the preschools mission and values. Requirements 1. Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred). 2. Previous experience working in a leadership role in a preschool or early childhood education setting. 3. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff. 5. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others.
