Role & responsibilities Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions Maintain and increase the market share with institutional clients and distributors. Develop and maintain key corporate clients, distribution houses. Ensure high conversion ratios through working closely with the RMs in negotiating and building client relationships Achieve and ensure growth vis--vis targets in YOY sales [volume and value] and new client acquisition Monitor product mix (Equity MF, Debt MF & PMS products) to ensure enhanced profitability by offering high margin products Ensuring prompt and high level of client relationship and service Carry out strategic development of key client accounts with a focus on managing existing relationships and growing overall revenue by optimizing the client experience and selling new solutions. Engage and de risk market expansion Oversee the identification of new /potential customer databases to ensure a robust sales opportunity pipeline for the Institutional Business Anticipate demands through market study, competitor information and enable RMs to analyze potential customer needs Adherence of Compliance rules, procedures and Corporate Values Provide strategic support for service excellence and ensure compliance on all regulatory and internal requirements. Team & People Management Guide and develop team members to facilitate better client engagement, customer acquisition, and more efficient business operations, helping them achieve superior performance standards Keep self and team abreast with industry trends, socioeconomic or demographics shifts and industry regulations Job Purpose of Direct Reports: Manager New Client Acquisition: Responsible for development & driving new institutional client acquisition team to provide strong AUM base to achieve the leadership position in business. Relationship Managers: Responsible to implement sales strategy, to maximize sales from existing corporate clients, build new clientele and maintain cordial relationship with corporate client to sustain consistent business growth thereby resulting in increase in market share.
