Continuously improve the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency. Oversee the management of customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Maximizing the conversion of leads into enrollments. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales. Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations.
