As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead one of our centres to new heights! Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. Lead, train, and motivate the team for top performance. Drive sales and revenue through promotions, upselling, and events. Oversee maintenance, stock, and vendor coordination. Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards. Plan and execute events and activities to boost engagement. Track performance metrics and report to senior management. Who We’re Looking For Graduate with 3+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills (English & Hindi). Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
