Center Manager

Essential Qualification: Bachelor''s degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 Experience In placement coordination, preferably in Skill sector.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, MIS).
• Ability to handle team operations and documentation efficiently.
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the skill development center.
• Ensure training quality, timely batch commencement, and completion as per PM Skill Yojana guidelines.
• Manage mobilization and counseling of trainees for various skill programs.
• Supervise trainers, mobilizers, and administrative staff.
• Maintain attendance records, assessments, and placement data.
• Ensure infrastructure, equipment, and learning materials are as per prescribed norms.
• Coordinate with district officials, partners, and head office for reporting and compliance.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Support in organizing placement drives and employer engagement activities.
