Strategic Planning & Growth : Develop and implement strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving growth and development. Client & Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement. Financial Management : Oversee the centers budget, ensuring cost-effective operations, financial performance, and resource allocation. Quality Assurance : Monitor service quality, ensuring high standards are maintained and areas for improvement are addressed. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage health, safety, and security risks effectively.
