Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Team Management : Lead and oversee a dedicated team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work culture. Operational Oversight : Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery. Strategic Planning & Growth : Develop and implement strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving growth and development.
