Center Head- Operations

As a Center Head- Operations at our company, your role will involve ensuring that the center is properly staffed, equipped, and maintained. You will be responsible for procuring and arranging instructional resources for use in the classroom or Lab to provide an explorative and comfortable learning environment for the students. Additionally, you will need to address parents" and students" concerns while maintaining positive relationships with them. Key Responsibilities: - Managing staff and ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures - Dealing with vendors for any infrastructure issues - Forming and scheduling batches according to requirements - Maintaining student attendance records, overseeing fees collection, and other operational tasks - Organizing student engagement activities - Overseeing day-to-day operations including budget management, expense tracking, and record-keeping Qualifications Required: - Proven ability to make independent decisions and lead a team effectively - Self-evaluation of learning needs and proactively seeking learning opportunities - Friendly and flexible approach with openness to feedback - Influential personality with excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) - Proficiency in using computers, including MS Excel, Word, Google Drive, etc. - Ability to maintain confidentiality About the Company: Arena Animation is dedicated to providing a conducive and progressive learning environment for both students and staff members.
