Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team at Hotel Palacio, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commis cuisine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of commis cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
