CCTV Technician

Role Overview: As a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician, your main responsibility will be to install, maintain, and repair surveillance systems for various clients including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your hands-on experience with CCTV installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and network integration will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Install, test, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment. - Run and terminate cables such as Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, etc. - Configure IP cameras and network-based security systems. - Perform system troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. - Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards. - Provide technical support and training to clients as and when required. - Document work completed and report any issues or recommendations to the relevant authorities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance. - Proficiency in configuring IP cameras and network-based security systems. - Strong knowledge of cable types and termination. - Ability to troubleshoot CCTV systems effectively. - Excellent communication skills for providing technical support and training to clients.
