Role Overview: As a CCTV surveillance operator, your role is crucial in maintaining safety and security within the retail sector. You will be responsible for monitoring live video feeds, reviewing recorded footage, and reporting any suspicious activities or security breaches. Your duties will include operating and maintaining CCTV equipment, ensuring proper system functioning, and collaborating with security personnel. Additionally, you will assist in investigations by providing footage and evidence to law enforcement when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Constantly monitor live video feeds and recorded footage from cameras throughout the store. - Identify signs of suspicious or unusual behavior, potential security breaches, or any incidents that may disrupt the store's operations or safety. - Communicate with security personnel, management, and law enforcement to report incidents and provide detailed information about suspicious activities or security breaches. - Ensure proper functioning of the CCTV system, including checking camera functionality, recording, and storage. - Gather and preserve video footage as evidence for investigations, maintaining the integrity of the footage for potential legal proceedings. - Work closely with security personnel to respond to incidents, aid, and ensure the safety of the store's employees and customers. Qualification Required: - Ready to work 12 hours - Proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry Note: This job is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
