The CBSE In charge is responsible for overseeing all academic and administrative functions related to the implementation of CBSE norms, curriculum execution, documentation, compliance, and liaison with the CBSE board. The role ensures that the school maintains the required standards set by CBSE and prepares the institution for smooth functioning, audits, and affiliation requirements. o Ensure the school strictly follows all CBSE norms and guidelines. o Coordinate the CBSE affiliation/renewal process including documentation, inspections, and reporting. o Maintain all records and documentation related to CBSE requirements (affiliation, academic performance o Monitor the effective implementation of CBSE curriculum across all classes. o Guide and support teachers in planning lessons, assessments, and co-curricular activities aligned with CBSE mandates. o Ensure timely conduct of internal assessments, practical exams, and board examinations. Examination & Evaluation: o Oversee planning and execution of CBSE-prescribed assessments (Formative and Summative). o Ensure timely registration of students for board exams. o Maintain coordination with CBSE regional office regarding examination schedules, formats, and guidelines. Training and Capacity Building: o Coordinate teacher training and workshops related to CBSE syllabus and policies. o Stay updated on new CBSE circulars, directives, and educational policies, and communicate relevant information to staff. Record Keeping & Reporting: o Maintain updated student and staff records in line with CBSE norms. o Prepare academic performance reports and submit data as required by the CBSE. o Handle inspection visits and prepare compliance reports for CBSE and other education authorities. Communication and Liaison: o Act as the primary point of contact between the school and the CBSE board. o Liaise with the school principal and management to ensure adherence to academic and administrative policies.
