Role: Compensation & Benefits Duties and Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation analysis, market benchmark, harmonization, M & A experience added advantage. Compliances - Statutory - ESIC, PF, Labour Laws. Policy formulation, benefit implementation Communication Performance Management Process Qualification & Experience: Graduate with MBA in HR preferred. Must have experience: Compensation & Benefits and Analytics preferably in Manufacturing Industry. Around 10 to 15 years exp in HR. Competencies Behavioural You are proactive, focus and result oriented. You have good MS Office Skills. You have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
