Cattle Feed Sales

You will be joining a reputable cattle feed manufacturing and distribution company as a Cattle Feed Sales Executive. In this role, you will focus on rural sales, livestock care, and establishing strong dealer networks within the agriculture ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell cattle feed products within your designated territory. - Educate farmers and dealers on animal nutrition, livestock care, and the advantages of using specific feed products. - Develop and oversee dealer/distributor networks in rural regions. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Engage in regular field visits to generate leads and convert them into sales. - Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively. - Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth. - Offer after-sales support to customers and cultivate lasting relationships. - Maintain accurate daily reports through CRM tools. - Strategically plan routes to achieve maximum area coverage. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 15 years of experience in field/channel sales within the Agri, Cattle Feed, Dairy, or related sectors. - Proficiency in communication in local language, Hindi, and English. - Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. - Graduation in any discipline, with a preference for an Agri background. Good to Have: - Prior experience with cattle feed or animal health products. - Knowledge of local farming practices and livestock management. - Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer literacy.
