We are looking for a Category Manager to join our high energy team

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Category Manager
As the Category Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our users through strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Cult Fit and Fitternity

As part of your day-to-day work, you will

Lead the strategic planning and execution of the category, including product selection, vendor management, and performance optimization
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with providers to ensure the highest quality of service delivery and user experience
Curate a diverse and appealing range of services to meet the varying needs and preferences of our user base
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize user satisfaction and engagement
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of services with Visit Health's overall objectives and user experience
Uphold Visit Health's core value of empathy by prioritizing the health, well-being, and happiness of our users in all aspects of category management

Must Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
2-4 years of experience in category management, preferably in the health technology industry
Proven track record of successfully managing categories and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives
Strong understanding of the industry and user behavior, with a passion for promoting health and well-being
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

Salary Range - 8 - 12 LPA - Depends on current skillset and past experience
