Job Description

Key Responsibilities Responsible for short-term and mid-term brand strategy Responsible for budget planning and controlling to drive brand growth. Lead & drive annual brand strategic marketing plans and campaigns to evaluate brand visibilities and maximize business opportunities. Ideate and implement brand activities, including, but not limited to, marketing material development, advertising, media, event/activations management, promotion, etc. Coordinate with the cross-functional team and external suppliers, both local and overseas, in the development and execution of the brand strategic plan. Monitor brand performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign/product launch activities. Competitive analysis to identify business opportunities through internal and external research data Skills and Qualifications: Progressive experiences as Brand or Marketing in product/brand management, preferred FMCG. Proven leadership in cross functional environment Excellence strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical skill. Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline Able to work independently and as a team Have an entrepreneurial spirit with resourcefulness and a sustainable outlook Able to make decisions despite uncertainty with rationality, logic, and trend Comfortable with number and data learning and management Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment Good written and verbal communication in English We are seeking an energetic, results-driven individual with proven leadership abilities and passion for consumers and building brands. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree with an emphasis in communications and/or business and relevant marketing experience. Candidates should also exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities with proven track record of turning insights into action, organizational skills, creativity and strong project management skills and experience. The individual is expected to exercise judgment in coordinating and implementing various projects to completion under tight deadlines and to be able to lead projects and influence others.
